When an unsuccessful offeror challenged BTAS’s contract award through a Government Accountability Office (GAO) bid protest – a formal challenge to federal contract decisions – Pannier Law stepped in as intervenor to defend BTAS’s position. On March 10, 2025, the GAO issued a written decision denying the protest and affirming BTAS’s contract award, allowing them to move forward with delivering essential services to the Department of the Air Force, U.S. Space Force.
